超声造影诊断原发性肝癌的现状及新进展

The application and new progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma

随着超声影像学的飞速发展,作为超声领域最前沿的技术——超声造影显著提高了原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断的灵敏度、特异度与准确性,为实现PHC的早期诊治提供了新技术。本文就其相关研究及临床价值作一综述。

With the rapid development of ultrasound technique,the contrast-enhanced ultrasound as the most advanced tech- nique, improves the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis for primary hepatic carcinoma （PHC） and provides a new technique for the early treatment of PHC. This paper presents a review about the related research and clinical application of this technique.
