钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效 被引量:2

The clinical efficacy of steel plate fixation treating on tibial plateau fractures

摘要 目的观察钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法对46例胫骨平台骨折患者根据不同骨折类型行单侧钢板(24例)和双侧钢板(22例)内固定治疗,术后指导患者功能锻炼。随访观察骨折复位情况,主要参考正、侧位x线片进行评估。结果患者均获随访,时问10~42(22.2±9.8)个月。单侧及双侧钢板内固定治疗愈合时间分别为17.8周±6.3周、19.7周±6.9周,x线结果显示,单侧钢板有13例、双侧钢板有11例获得满意的关节面复位。结论钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效满意。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of steel plate fixation treating tibial plateau fractures. Meth- ods 46 patients received different operation according to the tibial plateau fractures types, 24 patients received Uni- lateral steel plate and the rest 22 patients received standard dual plate fixation. Patients were guided with functional exercises after the operation and all patients were followed up after discharge to evaluate functional recovery, using X- ray to check reduction of the fracture. Results All patients were followed up for 10 - 42 (22. 2 ± 9. 8) months, the recovery time of the unilateral steel plate and standard dual plate fixation were respectively ( 17. 8 ± 6. 3 ) weeks, ( 19. 7 ± 6. 9 )weeks, according to the results of X ray, there were 13 cases obtained satisfactory joint reduction in the unilateral plate group, in the dual plate group were 11 cases. Conclusions The clinical effcacy of steel plate fixation treating tibi"al plateau fractures is satisfactory.
