负压封闭引流+氧气+臭氧在软组织缺损治疗中的应用

Vacuum sealing drainage,oxygen and ozone in the treatment of soft tissue defect

目的探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）＋氧气＋臭氧在治疗软组织中的效果。方法25例各种类型皮肤软组织缺损均采用VSD＋氧气＋臭氧联合治疗，后行二期植皮或皮瓣修复。结果25例均获得随访，时间3—12个月。创面完全愈合，肢体保留，关节功能良好。结论VSD＋氧气＋臭氧联合应用可以有效控制继发感染，有利于软组织缺损创面的修复。

Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （ VSD）, oxygen and ozone in the treat- ment of soft tissue defect. Methods 25 cases of various types of skin and soft tissue defect were treated by VSD ＋ oxygen combined treatment of ozone, and in the second phase were treated by skin graft or skin flap to repair. Results 25 cases were followed up for 3 - 12 months, the wounds healed completely, with good joint function. Conclusions VSD ＋ oxygen, ozone combined application can effectively control the secondary infection, which is advantageous to the wound repair of soft tissue defect.
