新型低压低液气井泡排剂的研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 现有泡排剂产生的泡沫含水率高,携液量大,且容易受泡沫密度、凝析油含量等影响,不能很好适用于低压低产积液井。针对大牛地气田低压低产气井井底积液量相对较小、二次起泡较困难等难题,研制出一种新型泡排剂,它具有发泡能力强、泡沫稳定性好、含水率低、表面张力小的优点。现场应用表明,新型泡排剂能够有效控制携液量,降低气井井底回压,取得较好的排液效果,可满足大牛地气田低压低产气井的泡排作业要求。 Foams produced by existing foam scrubbing agent are of high water cut and great liquid carrying amount, and easily af-fected by foam density and condensate content can not be well adapted to low pressure and low production wells with liquid load-ing. Aiming at the problems of the relatively small bottom hole liquid loading amount and difficult secondary foaming in low pres-sure and low production wells of Daniudi gas field, a new foam scrubbing agent with the characteristics of strong foaming ability, well foam stability, low water cut content and low surface tension is developed. Field applications show that the new foam scrubbing agent can effectively control the liquid carrying amount and reduce bottom hole backpressure to obtain better drainage effect, and meet the requirement of foam drainage operation in low pressure and low production wells of Daniudi gas field.
