摘要 细菌感染易发展为脓毒症,这被视为有较高病死率的最主要原因。高密度脂蛋白及其相关载脂蛋白能与脂多糖结合,调节机体炎症反应,降低病死率,有望为抗细菌感染的治疗提供新的思路。 Bacterial infection is likely to develop into sepsis, which is regarded as the main reason for high mortality rate. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and its associated apolipoprotein can combine with lipopolysaccharide, regulate the body's inflammatory response and reduce the mortality, which can provide a new method for treatment of bacterial infection.
