摘要
采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对蔬菜干制品中的铝元素进行分析。对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化。结果表明:在优化实验条件下,方法检出限为检出限为0.1mg/kg,定量限为0.3mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.40%,测定值与国家标准物质的定值符合良好。该方法具有准确度高、操作简便,快速,灵敏度高等优点。
Aluminmn in the dried products of vegetables digested by microwave are detected by inductive eoupled plasma mass spectrum (1CP-MS).The microwave digestion condition is optimized from digestion system,proportion of acids and digestion procedmv.The results show that the method of deteetion limit is 0.1mg/kg with the relative standard deviations,(RSD,n=6)of 1.40%,and the measured values are ahnost the same as lhe national?certified standard substanees?.The method is reliable,simple operation,rapid and high sensitivity.
