论八十年代中国的西方科学哲学翻译运动

On the Translation Movement of China's Philosophy of Science in the 1980s

二十世纪八十年代的西方科学哲学翻译是中国科学哲学兴起的重要内容。本文考察了八十年代科学哲学翻译运动的历史背景和思想背景,从论文和论著两个方面分析这一时期科学哲学的翻译成果。在此基础上讨论了科学哲学翻译运动的意义,主要体现于以下几个方面:对整个社会的思想启蒙发挥了积极作用;起到了接续历史,传承学术的作用;对于改变研究范式发挥了积极作用;促进文化政策的转变。

The translation of the Western philosophy of science in the 1980s is an important part of the rise of China's philosophy of science in the 20th century. This paper examines the historical and ideological background of the translation movement of philosophy of science in the 1980s and judges its achievements from the papers and books published in this period.Then the significance of the movement for ideological liberation is discussed which goes as follows: It plays a positive role in the enlightenment of the whole society, in history continuance and academic inheritance, and in research paradigm shift. It has promoted changes in cultural policies.
