摘要 随着产品协同设计、模型精细化管理和新型设计模式的发展和应用,单纯管理CAD设计结果数据的方式已无法满足企业产品设计需要。如何在产品生命周期管理(PLM)系统中有效地集成并精细化管理CAD数据已成为影响企业设计生产的关键问题。结合复杂产品设计的应用需求,建立了CAD数据管理模型,依据该信息模型详细定义了管理CAD数据的CAD文档间关系、配置项和CAD文档的关联关系,并建立了保证CAD数据一致性的维护机制。最后,对模型在PLM系统中的应用情况进行了论述。 With the development of product design collaboration, product model management and new design mode, the way to manage CAD design results data only can' t meet the product design needs. How to effectively integrate and manage CAD data in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system becomes a key issue for enterprise, which affects product design and product manu- facture. Based on requirements from complex product design, the CAD data management information model was provided, and then, relationships between CAD documents, relationships between CAD document and items were defined ,the synchronize mech- anism to maintain CAD document was designed. Finally, the application example of the model was given.
