摘要
针对国内缺少对整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构研究的问题,以ANSYS软件为主要工作平台,建立整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构的三维模型,根据实际工况对其约束与载荷作了有效处理,通过有限元分析,得到整体卡箍齿啮式快开结构的应力分布规律。在满足强度及抗疲劳性能的前提下,以重量最轻为目标,对该结构进行优化,优化后质量减少了16.74%。
For the domestic lacking of research into integral hoop tooth-locked quick opening structure, ANSYS is used as the main working platform, and 3D model of the structure is established. Based on the actual conditions, the constraint and load are ef- fectively dealt with. Through finite element analysis, the stress distribution is obtained. To meet with the requirement of strength and fatigue performance, with minimum weight as the goal, the structure is optimized and its quality is optimally reduced of 16.74%.
