摘要
分析14MnMoV钢厚壁容器横向冷裂纹形成原因,并结合氢致延迟裂纹的形成机理提出了焊接工艺改进措施,验证了焊后消氢处理的有效性。
The causes for the transverse cracking of 14MnMoV steel thick wall vessel were analyzed, and the related process im- proving measure in accordance with the formation mechanism of hydrogen induced delayed crack was puts forward, thus the effec- tiveness of postweld dehydrogenation was verified.
