摘要
张紧器是海洋油气开发的关键设备,脐带缆张紧器是用于脐带缆和柔性钢管铺设的专用设备。四履带式脐带缆张紧器能够提供铺设管线所需张力,并可以很好地保护管线。基于四杆机构的上履带移动机构能够将上履带移动到一侧,以便脐带缆和柔性管线的安装。通过分析计算,确定张紧器以及移动机构的基本参数,并进行校核,验证方案设计的可行性。
Tensioner is the key equipment of ocean oil and gas development. Umbilical cable tensioner is a special equipment that is used for laying the umbilical cord cable and flexible steel pipe. Four-track umbilical cables tensioner can provide tension re- quired for laying pipelines, and protect pipelines from being damaged. The turnover mechanism based on the four-bar linkage can turn over the caterpillar, so that the umbilical cord cable or soft pipeline can easily be installed.
