摘要
目的制备柿叶黄酮缓释片,对其体外释放机制进行考察。方法以壳聚糖为主要辅料,采用紫外分光光度法测定缓释片的体外释放度,通过正交设计法优选制剂处方。结果自制缓释片质量稳定,体外药物释放机制符合Ritger-Peppas释药模型的Non-Fick扩散,能在12 h内呈现良好的释药性能,符合设计要求。结论以正交设计优选的柿叶黄酮缓释片处方设计合理,体外释放性能良好。
AIM To prepare sustained - release tablets of total flavones from persimmon leaf with chitosan as the matrix material, and to investigate its release mechanism in vitro. METHODS The release rates in vitro were analyzed by UV spectrophotometry. Chitosan and gum arabic were chosen as the main matrix materials to prepare the sustained-release tablets. The optimal formulation was obtained by orthogonal design. RESULTS The sus- tained-release tablets were stable in quality, and could get sustained-release conforming to Ritger-Peppas model within 12 hours, the drug release mechanism was Non-Fick diffusion. CONCLUSION The formulation and the release mechanism in vitro by orthogonal design are reasonable.
