摘要
目的研究探讨甘草酸铵盐原料药的质量控制方法。方法对市售甘草酸单铵及二铵原料药开展紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、旋光度、有关物质等质量检测,并采用分光光度法、电位滴定法、高效液相色谱法对甘草酸单铵及二铵原料药的定量测定项进行对比研究。结果甘草酸单铵及二铵原料药的UV最大吸收波长、IR特征吸收峰位显示一定差异,旋光度则存在明显差异,HPLC可较好实现对有关物质的检查及对含量的测定。结论电位滴定实验表明,甘草酸二铵中的铵基可能只有一个。
AIM To study the methods for controlling the quality of ammonium glycyrrhinate. METHODS A series of tests including UV, IR, specific optical rotation, related substances and assay with spectrophotometry. HPLC and potentionmetric titration were carried out to examine monoammonium and diammonium glycyrrhinate.RESULTS There were differences in UV, IR, specific optical rotation between two kinds of ammonium glycyrrhi- nate. HPLC method fitted to the assay of glycyrrhinates. CONCLUSION The experiment of potentionmetric ti- tration shows ammonio of diammonium glycyrrhinate may only have one.
