傅里叶自去卷积红外光谱法应用于柏子仁及其伪品柏树籽的鉴别研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立快速鉴别及评价柏子仁及其伪品柏树籽的方法。方法采用水平衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(HATR-FTIR)法测定及分析了柏子仁及柏树籽的红外光谱,并运用傅里叶自去卷积(FSD)技术进行了进一步的分析。结果柏子仁及其伪品的红外吸收峰强有一些区别,而FSD变换后的图谱可以更明显地加以鉴别。结论使用HATR-FTIR结合FSD应用于柏子仁及其伪品柏树籽进行快速鉴别研究。 AIM To explore the identification of Platycladi Semen ( the seed of Platycladus orientalis ( L. ) Franco) from its confusable varieties (cypress seed (the seed of Cupressusfunebris Endl. ) ). METHODS The horizontal attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (HATR-FTIR) was used to obtain the infrared spectra of Platycladi Semen and cypress seed from different genus. Their infrared spectra and their spectra of Fourier self-deconvolution (FSD) were further analyzed. RESULTS There were some differences of the infra- red absorption peak intensity of different types between the two samples. The differences could be showed much more clearly when the Fourier self-deconvolution was used. CONCLUSION HATR-FTIR associated with FSD can identify Platycladi Semen from their confusable variety.
