摘要
在自制的纤维素-三(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相上,成功分离了苯霜灵等手性农药,考察了色谱分离条件对手性拆分的影响。结果表明,在自制的手性柱(150 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)上,以V(正己烷)∶V(正丙醇)=90∶10为流动相,流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm时,戊菌唑、苯霜灵等手性农药分别获得了基线或近基线拆分,分离度达到2.01和1.55。
The chiral separation of chiral pesticides was ob- tained on cellulose tris(4-methylphenylcarbamate) chiral col- umn. The influence of chromatographic conditions on chiral separation was investigated. The results show that the separa- tion factor of penconazole and benalaxyl could reach 2. 01 and 1.55 respectively, with optimal mobile phase composition of V(hexane): V(propanol) = 90 : 10, the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min,and the detective wavelength of 254 nm.
