摘要 以绿色化工理念改进合成工艺,以乙二胺和双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯为起始原料,在相转移催化剂的作用下于甲苯溶剂中合成了2-咪唑烷酮,然后在离子液体催化体系中用碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,合成了标题化合物。该方法反应条件温和,反应总收率达78%。目标化合物结构经IR与1HNMR证实。 The 1, 3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone was synthe- sized with 2-imidazolidone and dimethyl carbonate as the raw materials in the ionic liquid catalytic system. The intermediate 2-imidazolidone was synthesized with ethylenediamine and bis (triehloromethyl) carbonate with phase transfer catalyst in tol- uene. The results show that the best conditions for the synthe- sis of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone are as follows:DMF as the solvent and n (2-imidazolidone) : n ( DMC ) = 1 : 2.25, the reaction time is 5 h under 90 - 95 ℃. Total yield of the reac- tion is 78%. The process is of moderate conditions and is friendly to the environment. The structure of the products were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR.
