摘要
在工艺模拟缸盖-机体组件中加工缸套可以有效减小螺栓预紧力作用下产生的变形,减小由于缸套变形而产生的活塞漏气量大、机油消耗高和排放变差等问题.对于工艺模拟缸盖加工的缸套,传统仿真结果与试验数据无法直接对比分析,使仿真无法评价工艺模拟缸盖的缸套变形.根据工艺模拟缸盖加工装配流程,结合反傅里叶变换等新的后处理方法,探索了缸套仿真与试验对标方法.通过仿真结果与试验数据对比,表明此方法正确可靠.此方法不仅能预测评价工艺模拟缸盖加工气缸套的变形,还能快速分析评价传统加工的缸套变形,对缸套变形分析有很好的借鉴作用.利用此方法分析了已出现变形过大问题的气缸套,提出有针对性的结构改进方案并有效解决了气缸套变形过大的问题.
Simulating cylinder head machining can effectively reduce the deformation bearing the bolt pretightening force of cylinder liner, reduce oil consumption and minimize air leak caused by the deformation of cylinder liner. For simulating cylinder head machining, traditional simulated result cannot be directly compared with the experimental data, which brings certain difficulty to evaluate the deformation of cylinder liner. Based on simulating cylinder head machining and assembly process combining with inverse Fourier transform, this paper explore a simulation and test comparison method. Comparison of simulation results and test data shows that the method is accurately and reliably. This method can forecast and evalu- ate the deformation of simulating cylinder head machining and analyze the deformation of cylinder head traditional machining. The method has a good reference to the analysis of cylinder liner deformation. This method was also used to analyze cylinder liner in large deformation and proposed effective approach for large deformation.
