摘要
针对某型导弹发动机异常点火故障,采用故障树分析方法对故障定位及机理进行分析,确认故障为导弹弹体异常带电情况下,点火系统正线与弹体异常短接所致。基于故障机理分析,提出相应的改进措施,并进行相关验证试验,结果表明,验证改进是合理正确的。
The fault position and mechanism of a certain type missile engine's unusually light is analyzed by fault tree analysis method. The fault reason is unusual short-circuit between the light system's positive line and the missile's body when the missile's body is unusually electrified. Based on the analyses, some improvedmeasures are offered and some related verification experiments are made, these improve measures' rationality and accuracy is verified.
