摘要 健康管理技术的应用可以使液体火箭发动机试验系统具有异常检测、故障诊断、影响分析和未来趋势分析的能力,并基于健康状态提供任务执行的改进建议,在用户界面中提供系统健康状态的警示。NASA的斯坦尼斯航天中心、艾姆斯研究中心和普惠-洛克达因公司正在围绕A-1试验台和J-2X发动机,实施健康管理的核心功能。通过阐述集成系统健康管理的体系框架和关键技术及对该系统的最新应用进展的介绍,为中国在液体火箭发动机试验及相关领域的应用提供借鉴。 The application of health management enables the liquid rocket engine test system to detect anomalies, determine cause and effects, and predict future anomalies. It provides device to improve operations based on health status, and system health status in user interfaces. NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC), NASA Ames Research Center (ARC), and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR) are currently implementing a core ISHM capability in the A-1 Test Stand and the J-2X Engine. The report incorporates all aspects of the latest development of ISHM, from Architecture/Taxonomy/Ontology to the key techniques. ISHM provides an instructive application reference on the liquid rocket engine test and other related fields.
