在低碳经济理论视角下,对如何快捷高效的节能减排,实现"十二五"节能减排降耗目标,使城市公共交通在节能减排模式下发展,作出系统的模型分析与研究。
From the theoretical perspective of low - carbon economy, the paper carries out systematic： model analysis on promoting energy saving and emission reduction efficiently, achieving the energy target of the ＂12th Five - Year Plan＂, and promoting the energy saving of＂ urban public transport development.
