摘要
以斯坦福直线加速器中心为例,对美国国家实验室的管理运行机制包括实验室评估机制、激励机制、人员评价机制、组织管理机制四个方面进行概述,并在此基础上对依托大科学仪器设施开展基础研究的机构提出管理借鉴。
The paper provides the management mechanism of Stanford Linear Accelerator Center ( SLAC ) , including as-sessment mechanism of national lab, incentive mechanism, evaluation mechanism of national labs' researcher and organiza-tions of SLAC. Based on the case study, the paper makes revelations of those basic research institutions whose research fo-cuses on multi -disciplinary, large-facility science.
