摘要
在查阅国内外相关文献及研究成果的基础上,构建数据包络分析(DEA)评价模型,并进行实证研究,实证研究表明,供应链节点企业间知识发送者的共享意愿对企业的知识创新绩效影响最大。提出如何服务型制造企业的供应链知识创新水平对策。
This paper is based on relevant articles and research findings from home and abroad, establishes the evaluation models of DEA and carries on the empirical study. The study shows that the knowledge deliverers＇ sharing desire among enterprises in supply chain has the greatest influence on enterprises＇ knowledge innovation performance. Finally, it points out the effective strategies of how to improve the knowledge innovation capability of service - oriented enterprise in supply chain.
