摘要
从供给和需求两个角度,文章分析了宽带基础设施对于促进文化产品出口贸易发展的重要作用。基于引力模型和跨国数据的实证检验结果显示,出口国良好的宽带基础设施将会有助于扩大其文化产品出口规模,同时对于改善文化产品贸易平衡也具有积极意义。横向比较显示,近年来中国的宽带基础设施建设虽然取得了显著进展,但与欧美韩日等发达国家相比差距非常明显,是我国文化产品出口贸易所面临的不利因素。加快推进我国宽带基础设施建设,应充分利用好"后发"机遇,将宽带设施提升到更高的层次。
This paper analyzes how the broadband infrastructure will affect the export of culture goods. Based on the gravity model and cross-country data, it carries out an empirical investigation, and finds that good broadband infrastructure condition will promote culture goods export and improve cultural trade balance to a certain extent. A comparative study indicates that there is a big gap between Chinese broadband infrastructure and those of developed countries such as US, UK, Korea or Japan, which is likely to affect China's culture goods export negatively. To fill up this gap, it's important for China to make full use of its "late-mover" advantages.
