颅咽管瘤术后儿童高血糖高渗综合征一例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿，男，14岁，入院4年前诊断颅咽管瘤并行手术治疗，术后继发甲状腺功能减低、皮质功能低下、体温调节功能障碍及一过性尿崩症，予优甲乐及强的松替代治疗。入院前2年，颅咽管瘤复发，再次行手术治疗，术后第2天出现血糖升高，经胰岛素治疗，术后2个月血糖正常，间断监测血糖6个月提示正常，遂未再予监测。第2次术后，患儿仍存在甲状腺功能减低、皮质功能低下、体温调节功能障碍、肥胖。入院前1周，患儿出现多饮、多尿症状，伴乏力、食欲减退，因起病于夏季，对多饮、多尿症状未予重视，
