基于SWOT分析的惠州对外贸易发展现状探讨

近年来,由于国内外经济形势影响,对外贸易的发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。当前惠州市对外贸易环境不利,出口产品市场分布过于集中、贸易结构失衡、人才匮乏等问题依然困扰和阻碍对外贸易持续、稳定增长。解决这些问题需要恰当运用SWOT分析法,认清优势、劣势,机会和风险,从而进一步开拓思路,创新外贸工作机制,实行政府牵头,政策引导,企业跟进等措施,为进一步促进惠州对外贸易发展,争取早日使惠州跻身于珠三角经济发展的第二梯队提供科学决策依据。

Unsolved problems such as too much concemra- tion on several traditional markets, imbalance in trade.struc- ture and shortage in foreign trade intellectuals still hinder sustainable,and steady development of.foreign trade. Adop- tion of SWOT is an appropriate approach tO seeking the op.-- portunities and reducing the risks to .a lower level. Further- more, under the guidance＇of government＇s effective macro- regulations and measures, the enterprlses constantly adjust working means and explore creative ideas to propel the de- velopment of foreign trade. By doing so can make a sciemif- icand reasonable Strategic decision for the authorities.
