Advantages, Limitations and Promotion Policies for Development of the Cultural Creative Industry in Central Plains Economic Zone

发展文化创意产业,可创造经济新增长点、优化区域产业结构配置,对区域经济的发展具有重要的促进作用。中原经济区具有深厚的文化积淀、便捷的交通运输、丰富的人力资源,文化创意产业发展空间广阔,但文化创意产业人才的缺乏以及目前薄弱的发展基础限制了其发展。针对这一情况,政府需进行全局性规划管理、制定文化创意产业扶持政策、加大文化创意产业人才引进与培养力度,加大知识产权保护力度等,促进中原经济区文化创意产业发展。

For that reason, the government should well plan and manage,increase the policies support for the culural creative industry, as well as strengthen introduction and training of cultural creative tal- ents, and the. protection of intellectual property, in order to promote the development of the Cuhural Creative Industry in Central Plains Eeonomie Zone.
