阐述了节水是保护水资源的重要手段 ,通过论证节水与保护水资源的关系 ;结合平果县几年来节水情况看节水工作的可行性 ,促进水资源保护工作的开展 ;
The topic of water saving is the important means of WR protection was discussed here.It included the relation of water saving and WR protection. Combining with Pingguo county water saving situation for these years, the existing problems and countermeasure were expounded ,too.
