国外发展影响力投资的先进经验及其对我国的借鉴意义

Advanced Foreign Experience in Developing Impact Investment and Its Referential Significance for China

影响力投资是一种正在兴起的潜力巨大的投资性资产分类。它目的在于取得经济回报的同时获得可衡量的社会和环境影响。解决了一直以来经济收益和社会影响力不可兼得的问题。本文首先运用案例分析的方法介绍了影响力投资的概念,对影响力投资发展的意义进行了讨论。其次,运用对比分析和案例分析的方法,分别介绍了国外和中国影响力投资的发展情况,指出了我国影响力投资发展过程中的不足之处,以及国外影响力发展的先进经验。最后,我们借鉴国外的先进经验对我国进行影响力投资的发展提出了几点建议。

Impact investment is an emerging asset class with immense profit potential. Aiming at creating economic profits and gaining impact returns simultaneously, impact investment resolved the dilemma of pursing investment return and building up social impact. In this paper, we use the case analysis method to introduce the notion of impact investment and discuss the profound meaning of the development of impact investment. We analyze the develop environment for impact investment both in China and in developed country by using comparative analysis, case analysis, and data analysis. Integrating the comparison between China＇s social and economic environment for impact investment and those of developed countries, we propose several suggests for the development of impact investment in China.
