神木煤化工产业公司自从2012年开始推行目标管理以来,企业各项工作取得了较好成绩。在制定公司目标计划过程中,自上而下和自下而上几经分析、研究和讨论比较符合企业实际,在执行过程中取得了较好效果。
Since carrying out objective management from 2012, Shenmu Coal-Chemical Industry Company has achieved good accomplishment in all works. In the process of developing the company＇s objective plan, a lot of top-down and bottom-up analysis and discussions are done to find the practical plan. Good results have been achieved in the implementation process.
