摘要
"重科研,轻教学"是困惑国内外大学教师成长的世界性难题,并已引起本科教学质量危机。本文从分析"教学与科研相统一"的"应然"状态和"实然"状态入手,从高校外部环境、现代大学文化、教学改革、教师评价四个方面提出了教师专业化的建议。
At present, it has been an universal phenomenon that the college teachers place stress on scientific research but look down on teaching in the world. This paper analyzes the unity of teaching and scientific research, and then analyzes the causes of conflict between teaching and research. Solutions to the problem include the following aspects: social conditions, university culture, teaching reform and teacher evaluation.
