高校教师是一个培养人才,塑造人才的职业,其道德思想会在工作中一点点渗透到被教育者的行为习惯上。本文主要结合教育道德体系的内容,来论述高校教师职业道德修养的方法。
College teacher is a career to cultivate and shape talents, whose moral idea can gradually affect the behavior of the students. This article, mainly combined with the content of education moral system, discusses the method of college teacher professional moral cultivation.
