产业技术研究院构建理论基础研究——扬州数控机床研究院的案例

Study of the Theoretical Basis for Industrial Technology Research Institute Construction:Case Study of Yangzhou Numerical Control Machine Tool Research Institute

在分析目前产业技术研究院构建理论基础上,提出了除产业共性技术理论以外,三螺旋理论和协同学理论也是产业技术研究院构建的理论基础。前者说明了产业技术研究院应具有的必要构成要素,后者说明了构建产业技术研究院的必要性。扬州数控机床研究院实践给出了实证。

Based on the analysis of the construction theory of industrial technology research institute, this article pomts out that m addition to industrial generic theory, triple helix theory and conjunction theory are also the theoretical basis of the construction of industrial technology research institute. The former indicates the necessary components of industrial technology research institute and the latter indicates the necessity of the construction of the institute. The practice of Yangzhou Numerical Control Machine Tool Research Institute is an example.
