民办本科高校教科研与教学关系的思考

The Relationship between Scientific Research and Teaching in Private Undergraduate Universities

民办高等教育作为普通高等教育的重要组成部分,有着自身特殊的办学特点。同样也存在着教科研投入产出失衡的现状。教科研基础薄弱,教学任务繁重,应该扬长避短,在社会普遍重视科研的大环境下,正确定位好教学与教研科研的关系,确保教科研服务于教学工作,在教学实践过程中进行教科研研究,是民办本科高校教科研工作的重要方向。

As an important part of higher education, private higher education has special characteristics. And there is input-output imbalance of scientific research, weak foundation and heavy teaching task. Private undergraduate universities should make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, and properly determine the relationship between scientific research and teaching under the circumstances of emphasizing scientific research, making sure that scientific research serves teaching. Doing scientific research in the practice of teaching is the direction of private undergraduate universities.
