目前我国邮轮旅游发展迅速,发展潜力巨大,人才需求旺盛,缺口较大。本文从国际邮轮乘务专业人才需求和供给的数量和质量方面分析了其现状及差距,并就国际邮轮乘务专业人才培养提出了具体措施。
At present, cruise tourism is developing rapidly in China, and the development potential is tremendous. There are huge demands but great gap of talents. This article analyses the situation and imbalance of the requirement and supply of professional international cruise crew talents and puts forward specific measures for professional international cruise crew talents training.
