摘要 目的为充分有效利用三七植物资源,避免资源浪费,探讨三七总黄酮的提取、鉴定、鉴别方法以及乙醇的回收。方法采用超声波乙醇回流法从三七中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮进行鉴别,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量为4.691 mg/mL,回收率为101.46%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取三七黄酮类物质的有效途径。 Objective To explore the extraction, identification and determination of total flavone content in panax notoginseng plants and the recylce of ethanol. Methods Flavonoids in panax notoginseng were extratced with ultrasonic ethanol method, the flavonoids extraction was identified and the content was detected with spectro- photometric determination. Results The total flavone content in the samples was 4. 691 mg/mL, and the recovery rate was 101.46%, with high purity and yield. Conclusion The whole process is physical and pollution-free, which is effective to extract flavonoids from panax notoginseng.
