摘要
为了提高重型商用车V型推力杆球铰的强度,建立了V型推力杆的三维模型和有限元模型。采用ADAMS软件建立了某重型商用车的虚拟样机模型,通过多体动力学仿真来获取V型推力杆的极限载荷。采用Abaqus软件对V型推力杆在极限载荷下的工作过程进行有限元动态模拟,利用Abaqus软件后处理模块提取V型推力杆球铰内橡胶层的应力云图。模拟结果表明,为了提高球铰的强度,需要适当增大外套、端盖、垫片的直径,或在塑料结构表面设置适当数量的凹槽,但去掉塑料层会影响球铰的强度。模拟结果对V型推力杆球铰的结构优化具有指导意义。
To improve the strength of spherical hinge in V-type thrust rod applied to heavy-duty commercial vehicle,a 3D model and a finite element model of V-type thrust rod are established.A whole vehicle virtual prototype based on a heavy-duty commercial vehicle is established by using the software ADAMS.The limit load of V-type thrust rod is obtained from many-body dynamic emulation.The dynamic finite element simulation for the working process of V-type thrust rod subjected to limit load is carried out by using the software Abaqus.The stress nephograms of rubber in spherical hinge are obtained by using the post processor module of Abaqus.The stress nephograms of rubber demonstrate that,for the purpose to improve the strength of V-type thrust rod,it is necessary to increase the diameters of steel coat,end cap and gasket properly,or to groove the plastic layer,while removing plastic layer will decrease the strength of the spherical hinge.The simulation result may facilitate the spherical hinge optimization of V-type thrust rod.
