深层裂缝—孔隙性储层加砂压裂降滤技术及应用

摘要 针对深层裂缝—孔隙型储层滤失大、加砂难度大且易砂堵的问题,开展了低伤害降滤失压裂液和多级粒径降滤失技术研究.压裂液的滤失系数为1.21×10-4m/min0.5,对须二岩心的伤害率为16.7%,120℃,170s-1下剪切205 min黏度为314 mPa·s.该技术成功应用于LH1井须家河组须二段加砂压裂施工,降低了净压力6~7 MPa,顺利完成了80 m3加砂压裂.该技术为同类气藏加砂压裂提供了很好的思路,具有较好的推广应用前景. Aiming at the problems existent in deep fracture porosity reservoir which have large filtrate loss and often sand plug,the filtration reducing technology of low damage fracturing fluid and multi- stage particle size slug was studied. The filtration coefficient of low damage fracturing fluid was 1. 21 × 10- 4m /min0. 5and the core damage rate was 16. 7%,the viscosity was 314 mPa·s by the shearing rate 170 s- 1and 205min under120℃. The technology was applied in sand fracturing at T3X2layer of LH1 well,net pressure was decreased by 6- 7 MPa and the sand scale was 80 m3. The study and application on this technology offered a good clue for same type gas reservoir fracturing.
