新疆伴生放射性矿产资源开发利用的辐射安全和污染问题探讨

新疆伴生放射性矿产资源种类和数量较多,在开发利用过程中监管不严,会带来环境污染和辐射安全问题。本文通过介绍新疆伴生放射性矿的辐射水平状况,从伴生矿存在的辐射安全问题、摸清伴生矿的分布、履行环境影响评价制度、编制科学且实用的审管标准及做好伴生矿企业的监管等方面对新疆伴生矿开发利用过程的污染防冶、安全管理措施进行探讨,并提出相关建议。

Mineral resources associated radioactive in Xinjiang have absolute priority in the types and quantmes, me process of development and utilization of regulation is lax, which will lead to problems of the environmental pollution and radiation safety. I Through introduction to the mines associated with radioactivity in the radiation level of Xinjiang , this paper discusses the associated ore radiation safety problems , understanding the distribution of the associated minerals, the performance of the system of environmental impact assessment , establishment of scientific and practical regulatory standards and regulatory associated ore enterprise to discuss the problems of safety management in the process of exploitation and utilization of pollution control measures and finally put forward suggestions.
