摘要 表面粗糙度直接影响机械零件的配合性质,表面的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、疲劳强度、密封性、导热性及使用寿命,是评价产品精度和进行零件设计的技术要求之一,也是衡量切削加工性能的重要指标。表面粗糙度的影响因素、测量及其预报和控制,已受到国内外研究学者的广泛关注。本文根据近几年来国内外研究进展情况,对高速切削表面粗糙度研究的相关问题进行了评述,并对今后研究的发展方向作了探讨。 Surface roughness directly influenced the mechanical parts' performance such as fit properties, surface ab- rasion resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, tightness, thermal conductivity and service life. It was used to e- valuate the product accuracy and the technical requirements for parts design, and it was also one of the important measures of machining performance index. Its influence factors, measurement , prediction and control had caused the domestic and foreign research scholarg attention. This article was based on the domestic and foreign' s research progress in recent years, and the research problems of surface roughness in high speed cutting and the future research direction were reviewed.
