摘要
通过探讨游标卡尺视觉上的"对齐",数学上的数列"相等",以及物理量变化的"拐点"之间的关系,讨论了差线栅传感器的数学模型和信号形成机理。通过实验验证了它们的正确性,使人们对差线栅思想又有了新的认识,充实了它的理论内涵,为该类传感器的进一步研究奠定了坚实基础。
The mathematic model of differential grating displacement sensor and its signal generation mechanism were deduced from the correlation among the ocular superposition of vernier caliper, the equation of number rows in mathemat- ics, and the change inflexion of physical value, which was verified through experimental results. This rationale could have a positive impact on the prospective application of differential grating sensor.
