摘要 高速加工是现代制造技术核心,加工过程表现出的安全要求更为迫切,刀具监控正在发展成为现代先进制造理论的支撑技术之一。加工中心的高速加工特性带来了柔性制造系统生产效率的大幅提高,同时它也提升了加工产品的精度和加工状态稳定性。由于采用了高速加工,随之而来的对加工刀具的材料、性能、可靠性提出了较高的要求,在高速加工的过程中也伴随着制造风险。通过对零件在高速加工过程中刀具管理和对刀具进行实时在线监控的研究,提出了监控刀具使用寿命的方法和策略,促进企业的刀具监控管理与应用水平。 High -speed processing is the core of modern manufacturing technology, process demonstrated the safety requirements are more urgent, tool monitoring is being developed as one of the supporting technologies of the modern theory of advanced manufacturing.
