双2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯的合成及其抗氧化活性

Synthesis and Anti-oxidative Activities of Bis-2,2'-methylene Bis( 4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite

摘要 以2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)和三氯化磷为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,通过二次酯化反应合成了一种内环双酚亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂——双2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(1),收率73.5%,纯度98%,其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基比色法测定了1捕获自由基能力。结果表明,1具有较强的自由基捕获能力,是一种良好的分子内复合链终止型抗氧剂。 A cylclic bisphenol phosphite antioxidant,bis-2,2'-methylene bis (4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite(1) in yield of 73.5% with 98% purity,was synthesized by two esterification reaction from 2,2'-methylene bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl) and phosphorus trichloride using triethylamine as the catalyst.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and IR.Radial scavenging ability of 1 on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) were tested by colorimetry.The results showed that 1 exhibited stronger radial scavenging ability and it is a good chain-breaking antioxidant containing o-hindered bisphenol and part of intermolecular complex antioxidant.
