摘要
近年来,以"健康第一"为指导思想的健康体育教育模式在高职院校得到了一定程度的普及。实验证明,健康体育教育模式不仅能充分调动学生参加体育运动的积极性,还能有效调节学生的心理状态,全方位提高学生的心理健康水平。
In recent years, the Health Physical Education Mode with ＂Health First＂ as the guidance has been spread in quite many vo- cational colleges. Experiments show that the Health Physical Education Mode can not only stimulate students＇incentives in sports, but also regulate students＂ state of mind and raise the level of students＂ mental health comprehensively.
