摘要
以甲醇作为提取剂,在超声水浴作用下提取化妆品中的苯并芘,提取后的样品经离心过滤后采用高效液相色谱法进行分析。方法验证结果表明:该方法分析时间短,苯并芘在0.08~10.00μg/L范围内线性相关系数为1.000;方法定量限为0.08μg/kg(S/N=10);加标浓度分别为0.11、2.5、10μg/kg的平行5次测试结果的相对标准偏差分别为11.89%、3.07%、0.52%;加标回收率为83.6%~104.4%,实验结果良好。该方法适用于化妆品中苯并芘残留物的检测。
Benzo(a) pyrene was extracted by methanol from the cosmetics with ultrasonic bath, after centrifugation and filtration the sample was analyzed. The results showed that the it took a short time, the linear correlation coefficient of benzo(a) pyrene standard was 1.0 in the range of 0.08-10.0μg/L; LOQ was 0.08 μg/kg (S/N=10); when the spiked concentration was 0.11, 2.5 and 10 μg/kg, the relative standard deviations of five parallel tests with different concentration werell.89%, 3.07% and 0.52%, respectively; The recoveries were in the range from 83.6% to 104.4% at the spiked level of 0.11, 2.5 and 10.0μg/kg into samples, respectively. The method was suitable for determination ofbenzo(a) pyrene residues in cosmetics.
