摘要
采用Li-COR 6400便携式光合分析仪进行光合生理指标测定,分别对2年生美国红枫与北美枫香叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Cond)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等进行对比分析。结果表明,2种引种于北美的观赏树木净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,存在光合"午休"现象,用相关分析与通径分析法结合分析其净光合速率和各生理生态因子间的相互性,结果显示两者光合速率的主要影响因子有很大差异,枫香主要受Tr,Cond和VpdL的影响,而红枫Pn的影响因子则主要是Tr和Ci。
In this paper, we tested net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Cond) and transpira- tion rate (Tr) of two species of Liquidambar styraciflua and Acer rubrum leaf by using Li-6400 photosynthesis analyzer system. The results showed that the curves of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of two plants had two peaks. The methods of simple relative analysis and path analysis were used to study the relationship between Pn and multivariate of the two introduced colored leaves plants. The results were as follows. Different types of plants had different Pn influencing factors; Pn influencing factors for Liquidambar styraciflua were Tr, Cond and VpdL, while those for Acer rubrum were Tr and Ci.
