摘要
采用组织培养技术,在金鱼草生长至第四或第五节位时取茎尖作为外植体,探讨不同激素对金鱼草快繁及叶序发育的影响。结果表明:(1)配方为MS+1 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1NAA的增殖培养基能诱导出大量丛生芽;(2)在不添加激素的1/2MS培养基上,蔗糖浓度为20 g·L-1时,丛生芽的根系质量最好;(3)外源激素可以调控金鱼草对生叶原基转换为互生叶原基。
Effects of different phytohormones on rapid propagation and the formation of phyllotaxis of Anthirrhinuni majus were studied in this article, and the fourth or the fifth shoot apexes of Anthirrhinum majus were used as explants by tissue culture technology. The results showed as follows. (1) The optimum multiplication medium was MS+1 mg.L^-1 6-BA+0.1 mg.L^-1 NAA, in which a large number of clumpy buds could be induced; (2) It was better to the roots when the consistence of cane sugar was 20 g.L1 in the 1/2 MS rooting medium without phytohormone; (3) The application of exogenous phytohormone could induce a change in the phyllotaxy from the opposite leaf primordium to the alternate one.
