柳叶蜡梅对大鼠的亚慢性毒性研究 被引量:3

A Study on Subchronic Toxicity of Chimonanthus Salicifolius S. Y. Hu to Rats

摘要 目的通过90d喂养试验观察柳叶蜡梅对大鼠的亚慢性毒性,为进一步开发柳叶蜡梅作为药物和保健食品提供依据。方法取体重60一80g的sD大鼠80只,随机分为对照组和柳叶腊梅低、中、高剂量组(3.8、7.5和15.0s/kg.bw),以灌胃方式给予,每组20只,雌雄各半,连续90d。每周观察各组大鼠的体重和进食量,实验中期、实验期末检查各组试验大鼠的血常规和血生化,实验结束时计算脏器系数,并对大鼠脏器进行病理学检查。结果90d喂养试验显示柳叶蜡梅对实验大鼠体重、进食量、食物利用率、血生化和血细胞计数、病理组织学等各项观察指标均未产生明显改变,其最大无作用剂量为15g/kg·bw。结论在该实验条件下,90d喂养后,柳叶蜡梅对实验大鼠未显示有明显的亚慢性毒性。 Objective To understand the subchronic toxicity of Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu on rats for safety assessment. And to provide the basis for further developing Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu as drug and health - care food. Methods Eighty SD rats (60 - 80 g) were randomly divided into control group and low, medium and high dose groups of Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. ttu ( 3.8, 7.5 and 15.0 g/kg ~ bw, respectively) by intragastric administration for 90 days continuously, with 20 rats in each group and half male and half female. Body weight, dietary intakes were observed every week. Blood routine and blood biochemical examination were tested in the middle and end of the study. Organ index and the pathology of organs were investigated at the end of the 90 - day feeding experiment. Results The results showed that there was no treatment - related adverse effect on rats treated with Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu, and no - observed -adverse- effect -level (NOAEL) was 15 g/kg ~ bw. Conclusion This study shows that Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu had no subchronic toxicity on rats after the 90 - day feeding experiment.
