黄土高原治沟骨干工程坝系建设中几个问题的商榷

Discussion of Some Issues About Key Dam System Construction for Gully Harness in the Loess Plateau

结合黄土高原地区十几年来坝系建设的实际情况和各地的一些典型做法 ,针对治沟骨干工程坝系建设中遇到的几个问题 ,提出在坝系建设中应注意以小流域为单元、支毛沟为重点 ,最终达到冲淤平衡的规划思想 ,并对坝系规划的范围、流域面积的确定和工程水沙计算等进行了探讨。

Aimed at several issues encountered in gully harness key dam system construction and combined with actual situation of over ten years in dam system construction in the Loess Plateau region and local typical practices, the planning idea of paying attention on taking small watershed as basic unit, small and branch gullies as key point in dam system construction and eventually arrive at balance of erosion and sedimentation is pointed out in the paper. The range of dam system planning, determination of watershed area, engineering calculation of water and sediment and others are studied also.
