摘要
利用RH2000毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混体系的流变性能,讨论了温度、剪切速率及POE用量对共混体系流变性能的影响。结果表明,共混物熔体表现为假塑性流体行为。温度的升高使共混物的黏度略有下降,剪切速率的增大使共混物的表观黏度明显降低。POE含量的增加使共混物熔体的表观黏度增大。在POE用量一定的条件下,随着剪切速率的增大,共混物的黏流活化能则表现出逐渐减小,PP与POE之间存在一定相容性。
The effect of temperature, shear rate and dosages of POE on rheological properties of polypropylene (PP)/ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) blends were investigated. Results showed that the PP/POE blends were pseudoplastic fluid. The viscosity of the blends was decreased slightly with the increasing of temperature, while the shear viscosity of the blends significantly reduced with the increasing of shear rate. The shear viscosity of the blends was increased with the increasing content of POE. In a certain amount of POE, viscous flow activation energy of the blends was decreased with the increasing of shear rate, while PP and POE had some compatibility.
