摘要
微生物自动植入海绵机上的辊压筒的壁厚、壁上开孔形状、大小及密度对其成本、性能及寿命有很大影响。因此,辊压筒的优化设计是该机设计中要解决的关键问题之一。利用Pro/Mechanica模块与Pro/E的无缝集成,先建立辊压筒模型,然后再对模型进行结构分析及优化设计。通过对模型灵敏度分析、静力学分析及优化设计,得到了能够满足强度要求的质量最小的设计结果,提高了产品结构优化设计的效率,并降低了生产成本。
The wall thickness, hole shape, size and density of roller pressure cylinder are closely related to its cost, property and lifetime. Based on the seamless integration of Pro/Mechanica module and Pro/E, the roller pressure cylinder model is firstly established and then structural analysis and the optimization design of the model. Design result of the minimum quality is obtained through sensitivity analysis, statics analysis and optimization design for this model, which can meet requirement of the strength, improve the efficiency of structural optimization design and reduce production cost.
